Payment window is not coming up
Uncheck the "Block Pop-Up Windows" found under the Safari menu in the top left corner of the screen.
Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" option in the Firefox > Preferences menu, the Content tab.
PC Internet Explorer
- You can do this by going to the top menu and select Tools > Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab and uncheck "Turn on Pop-up Blocker."
- Or when you click on the payment button a bar will appear at the top of the page telling you a pop-up was blocked. Right click on the bar to see the options and select "Always Allow Pop-ups for This Site..."
- Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" option in the Tools > Options menu under the Content tab.
- Or when you click on the payment button a bar will appear at the top of the page telling you a pop-up was blocked. Click the Options button on the right side of the bar. Select "Allow pop-ups for linksite.cityoffullerton.com."
You must have your new Customer and Account number to register.
Make certain you enter the Customer Number and Account Number in the correct fields. They are in the reverse order on the screen compared to the bill.
Make certain the Account Number is correct by using the new bill. If you have an old bill change your Account Number by adding one zero (0) to the front and dropping the last digit.
The password must be at least seven (7) characters long.
Make sure you successfully register with the new system. Accounts registered in the old system only will not be available in the new system.
The first time you log in you must use the verification code sent to you upon successful registration. If you did not receive an email please see the "Did Not Receive a Verification Code" section.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link to receive a new password. You can change the password once you log in using the Change Profile link on the left nav and clicking "Edit Profile."
